Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to own a company  to use the website?

Yes we are a wholesale company and we will only sell product to retailers.

Can I place an order if I only sell online?

No.  We do not currently supply web only businesses.

Will I receive my whole order?

Stock availability is not currently available on the website.  We will process your order and prepare the stock that is available for shipping . Any items that are currently out of stock will remain on your back order until they become available to ship.

When should I expect to receive my delivery?

Orders are usually ready to ship within 5-7 working days.  At busy periods after trade shows or in the run up to Christmas orders can take longer.  Please contact orders@disasterdesigns.co.uk for further info at the time of ordering.

I have a damaged / missing item?

All claims need to be submitted in writing.  Please email lauren@disasterdesigns.co.uk with the details and we will advise you. Any shortages on deliveries need to be reported within 7 days.

Can l list my items on Amazon, eBay, ebid or any other online auction sites?

We do not allow product to be sold on Amazon, eBay, Facebook or similar multi-retailer auction sites.  Any account who sells within this environment will be closed immediately.
